This session focuses on the Crown Chakra and is part 2 of 7 sessions to balance energy to facilitate self-control, self-governance, etc. The goal of these sessions is to live freely and independently from any old, and out-dated "programming".
The Crown Chakra governs our relationship with time as those entities (including people) we've put ourselves "under" from an authority perspective. This can be a parent, a spouse, a teacher, an employer, a governmental agency, nature and the world around us, Divinity and more.
The word chakra comes from Sanskrit and means "wheel" or "disk" because if you were to see them that is what they look like. They are rotating "wheels" or "disks" of energy. Other names for Chakras are: Energy Centers, Gateways, and Seals
Our chakras are energy centers that organize store information in our bodies. They can function like a governmental agency with each chakra being responsible for a different area of our life.
This is 1 of 7 session in a series where we address Chakras as the "keeper of the laws" for our being. What "laws" or "rules" are we living by that no longer serve us? Do we have laws that are outdated? Laws that were created by generations past that we need to let go of?
As we clear this "old" data from these information centers we can more easily move in the direction we want to in life.
