Meridian Series - Bladder

A BioEnergetic TuneUp session to balance energy to support a healthy bladder meridian.

The bladder meridian is one of the longest meridians in our bodies. It runs from the inner eye, up and over the of the head then down the back and legs until it reaches the small toe.

This meridian often carries the emotions of fear and anxiety. If it is out of balance you might feel like you're in a chronic state of fight/flight.

It is considered a Yang meridian and is typically most active between 3-5pm

Muscles associated with the bladder meridian are:

Peroneus - a lower leg muscle that helps to support and invert the ankle

Sacrospinalis - a group of muscles and tendons which run more or less the length of the spine on the left and the right, from the sacrum, or sacral region, and hips to the base of the skull.

Tibialis - calf muscles that impact the movement of your foot.
